Fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to further their career in Brussels. Our client, a prestigious research consultancy is looking to strengthen the Business Services Team. Using your French and/or Dutch, you will create marketing content and managing marketing materials. Marketing/business administration degree essential to secure a place alongside a highly motivated team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating marketing content (website content, LinkedIn, presentations, etc.) in close alignment with Managers;
- Managing marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, conference equipment) and other marketing supplies;
- Organisation of a smooth daily work routine jointly with another team assistant, incl. appointment/travel bookings and preparation of travel expense reports;
- Coordinating premium events/conferences in Brussels and online.
About you:
A Marketing/Business Administration degree with 2-3 years relevant professional experience will ensure you quickly establish yourself in this highly motivated team.
Profile:
- Fluency in English (oral and written); knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus;
- Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification;
- Previous experience as a personal or marketing assistant or office manager, providing back office support, ideally in a law firm, an agency or similar company setting;
- Organisational talent and independent working style, with a proactive approach (hands-on mentality), reliability, the ability to prioritise, and excellent time management;
- Very good MS Office knowledge;
- Flexible and quickly adaptable team player with ability to bring the highest level of self-motivation to a team, strong creativity and enthusiasm, empathy and service-orientation.
