Due to growth in many regions, our client is looking to strengthen their Customer Support team with Customer Service Advisors. If you are looking for a new and exciting role where you can utilise your language skills on a daily basis and be part of a creative and vibrant team, then this could be the role for you! We are seeking someone who speaks fluent Czech or Estonian. You will be working 40 hours per week and this will include weekends and occasional night shift work. You are required to work from the office in Stoke-on-Trent on a full-time basis during training and will be eligible to work from home 3 days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner
  • Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
  • Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company

About you:

The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Czech or Estonian as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a Czech or Estonian speaking Customer Service Advisor you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation. You will receive extensive training and career progression is supported.   • Required to be fluent any of the following languages: Czech or Estonian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience not essential, however a background in customer service is desirable
  • Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
