Bilingual Motor Claims Handler

Our client, a well-established insurance claims company, is looking for someone to join their friendly and highly motivated multilingual team based in London. This exciting opportunity is to work as a Motor Claims Specialist, which will allow you to use your language skills during correspondence with a large number of motor insurers throughout Europe for road accidents across the UK and overseas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling motor claims from start to finish
• Investigating and monitoring claims
• Handle any fraudulent claims
• Work alongside overseas offices and clients

About you:

You should be someone who enjoys completing tasks, being challenged, and has a desire to grow. You would be given the opportunity to develop your skills around experienced colleagues who will motivate and train you wherever needed.

Profile:

• Experience in third party motor claims handling. Experience in accidental damage or AD damage handling will also be considered
• Fluency in German and/or French is highly desirable
• Strong ability to prioritise and handle workload
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Advantageous to have injury or credit hire claims experience
