Our client with long experience within the energy sector is on the lookout for a Dutch and German speaking Talent Acquisition BP to be responsible for provide flexible RPO solutions that scale on demand and empower your talent strategy. As a Talent Acquisition BP you will have the opportunity to develop the company strategies while working in collaboration a dynamic team that will operate as an extension of the client’s own brand and talent team.
Your responsibility will include:
You are a Talent Acquisition Professional with great experience in all HR operations, especially RPO solutions. You have talent to work with people and have gained experience in teamleading and managing diverse HR projects. Our client is looking for an empathic person with great communication skills and passion for recruitment, who can connect the dots between the local needs of the team and stakeholders abroad.
Fluent in German, Dutch and English (C1 or C2 level) both written and spoken
Over 3 years of experience in RPO, in-house or agency recruiter within a particular market
Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting technique
