Dutch or French speaking Sales Executive

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Dutch or French speaker to join the team of our clients in Brussels as a Sales Executive. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new prospects in your territory. You will also cross-sell the solutions of our client to existing clients, and close deals. Our client offers multiple solutions when it comes to HR services within organisations.

Your responsibility will include:

• Identifying and attracting new prospects, both internally and externally
• Developing and executing strategical sales strategies to win the business for our client
• Meeting and exceeding sales quota and goals
• Working with key operational stakeholders within the organisation
• Other tasks and ad-hoc requests will be included

About you:

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role for several years. This opportunity will keep you growing your skills and can even require short term travel, so you’re not afraid of fast changing dynamics in a role. You are comfortable in French or Dutch, and can also communicate well in English. This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and the start date is on the short term.

Profile:

• Dutch or French on a C1 or higher level, combined with good skills in English (also C1-level or higher)
• Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent experience
• Multiple years of business development/b2b sales experience, ideally in the IT/ERP sector, with a proven track record
• Strong communication and relationship building skills and an understanding of SAP or similar
• Currently living in Belgium and available to start on short notice
