Do you want to be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience for customers from start to finish? Our client is a market-leading company specialising in language and translation services. In this Dutch speaking Client Manager Service Desk role, you will be expected to find creative solutions to problems. As Client Manager, you will provide customers with a fantastic interpreting service through being the point of contact for both customers and interpreters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing numerous interpreting projects from start to finish
  • Being the point of contact for customers as well as interpreters
  • Building business relationships with customers and interpreters
  • Supporting with other ad hoc tasks that may come up

About you:

You are someone who picks up the phone fast and answers with a high level of professionalism. It is important that you enjoy talking to customers. This job requires you to work with customers and to be willing to take on a challenge. In this role it is expected that you speak with different levels of formality depending on the customer and have a positive attitude to work.   • Required to be fluent in Dutch (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
  • Internship or work experience relevant to customer service
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start immediately and work from the office in Amstelveen
