Our client, an international insurance company is looking for a Dutch speaking Complaints and Claims Specialist, to be the first point of contact to resolve legal requests and formal complaints from Regulatory Agencies, Attorneys and Clients. Your responsibility will include:

  • Assessing (escalated) claims and complaints according to service level agreements, contracts and conditions
  • Writing official letters and reports related to complaint/claims handling
  • Maintaining correspondence, investigating and answering queries
  • Liaising with different stakeholders with urgent and complex cases

About you:

You already have experience in handling complaints and claims, ensuring a high level of customer service and quality doing so. You are detail oriented and can handle sensitive data accurately. You can prioritise and work on escalated cases independently. What’s in for you? In this full-time (38h) you will have the chance to collaborate with a lovely team in an office based in Amsterdam and work 3-4 days remotely. You will get a 13th month, €45 net per month to spend how you want (gym, heath insurance, etc.), €50 net on your birthday and more!

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Dutch (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support, assessing complaints and claims
  • Strong communication skills and experience composing official letters and reports
  • Available to start as soon as possible, on-site in Amsterdam 1-2 days per week
