Our client, an international insurance company is looking for a Dutch speaking Complaints and Claims Specialist, to be the first point of contact to resolve legal requests and formal complaints from Regulatory Agencies, Attorneys and Clients. About you:
You already have experience in handling complaints and claims, ensuring a high level of customer service and quality doing so. You are detail oriented and can handle sensitive data accurately. You can prioritise and work on escalated cases independently. What’s in for you? In this full-time (38h) you will have the chance to collaborate with a lovely team in an office based in Amsterdam and work 3-4 days remotely. You will get a 13th month, €45 net per month to spend how you want (gym, heath insurance, etc.), €50 net on your birthday and more!
