Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor

You will support our client as Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor, communicating with customers, growing and developing the extensive client base in an innovative and fast paced environment.

Your responsibility will include:

• Providing advice regarding different queries of customers for the Dutch speaking market
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and exercising courtesy and professionalism at all times
• Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a satisfying solution

Profile:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) – written and spoken
• Good English skills
• Experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Client Service Executive or Customer Support Specialist
• You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and confident in communicating with people at all levels
• Able to work in Lisbon, Portugal
• Available to start as soon as possible
