Dutch speaking Customer Success Expert

A brand new opportunity has occurred for a bilingual Dutch/English speaker to join the team of our clients in Brussels as a Customer Succes Expert. Main responsibilities of the position include to handle all incoming questions and queries by phone and email. You will be working in the customer service team with multiple other (international) colleagues and together with the team you will be responsible for the success of the Dutch market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all customer questions and queries via email and primarily by phone
• Troubleshooting (potential) issues
• Making sure customer satisfaction remains at the best possible level
• Owning customer technical and repair issues, ensuring rapid & high quality solutions
• Supporting with other ad hoc tasks

About you:

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, taking full ownership of the role and will have an excellent ability to communicate with people. You also currently live in the Brussles area and are ready to start on short notice. You will be joining an international and fast-paced working environment in this environmental friendly start-up that is active in 8 countries now (and counting). Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Dutch or Flemish (C1-level or higher) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
• Very strong administrative and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or in a similar role is a big pre, not a must
• Fulltime available for the role, but also open for parttime
• Available to start as soon as possible, on-site in Brussels
