Dutch speaking Inventory Management Team Leader

Would you like to manage a team within a thriving international food imports company? Our client is looking for an ethusiastic Dutch speaking Inventory Management Team Leader for coordinating a warehouse team and function as the connection between the office and the warehouse. You will receive an initial contract for 7 months with the potential for a permanent contract after.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and determining optimal stock levels internally and externally
• Tracking and implementing strategic inventory management objectives
• Training and educating employees
• Day-to-day management of the inventory management team

About you:
You have a professional and friendly attitude preferrably with experience within the food industry. You are a great team player that takes on responsibility for the performance of the team. You have to be able to coordinate, motivate and coach team members, act as a connection between the office and the warehouse and bring structure to the day to day operations and existing logistical processes.

Profile

• Professional level (C2) in Dutch, both written and spoken as well as Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level) and p
• An MBO 4 education with 2-4 years of experience in managing a team and good knowledge in SAP and Excel
• Able to start on short notice, on-site in the Kampen area
