Looking for a job where you can be the point of contact between interpreters and customers? Our client is a leading company in language and translation services. As a Service Desk Employee, you will be the point of contact between interpreters and customers. In this role as Dutch speaking Service Desk Employee, you are enthusiastic about answering questions. Finding solutions to any issues that may arise while working on the service desk is a challenge that you are motivated to take on.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customer questions, comments, feedback and complaints
  • Processing and completing interpreting projects
  • Completing various ad hoc administrative tasks

About you:

You have strong administrative skills. You also possess good attention to detail. This job involves working in a team, so this is something that you enjoy. People-facing customer service is something you are enthusiastic about.   • Required to be fluent in Dutch (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
  • Previous relevant work experience (for example, in customer service)
  • At minimum MBO-diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to start immediately and work from the office in Amstelveen
