Our client is an expert and an online supplier of AEDs and other first aid products. They are looking for an After Sales Employee for their French, Belgian and Dutch market to be responsible for the enquiries an questions with logistics as well as the maintanance of the AEDs with customers. You will be the link between the service center, sales departments, logistics partners and customers ensuring a smooth process and outstanding customer experience.

You are skilled in working with multiple tasks at the same time, communicating between parties and utilising diverse systems making sure all the information is correct. You are excited to work in cooperation with multiple parties and collaborate across teams to find best solutions. You will join a young and international team for 32-40 hours per week with possibility to work on a hybrid scheme.
