A French and Portuguese speaking Business Administrator is sought to become part of a fast-growing European IT consultancy firm. You would be looking after the development of business activities as well as managing and providing support to the consultants. The company operates on a hybrid model with three days working from the office in central London and two days working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoicing clients and checking billing details
  • Being the first line of support for the consultants
  • Checking salaries and payslips
  • Liaising with and advising other teams on queries related to client contract management

About you:

The ideal candidate would have experience dealing with clients and invoices with the addition of fluent French, Portuguese and English. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the core of a fast-growing company and use your excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. If you like working in a start-up environment, are a fast learner and have a background in accounting, this could be the role for you.

Profile:

  • Fluency in French, Portuguese and English, written and spoken, is essential for the role.
  • Previous experience working with invoices, accounts or payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines with strong time management skills
  • Be highly adaptable and a fast learner
  • An excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A team player, with a can-do attitude
