A brilliant position within a fast-growing, innovative company has occurred for a bright Customer Service Advisor with excellent command of the French and English language, both written and spoken, to join a multilingual team in London. You will have a great personality and will be passionate and hard-working to achieve great customer service. The purpose of the role is to significantly improve the customer service experience with a view to providing the best online experience. You will be able to work from home 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact, answering all queries via telephone and email across the French market
  • Maintaining knowledge of products by keeping up to date with new products and providing guidance and advice on the products
  • Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied
  • Working closely with the marketing team; assisting with social media when required

About you:

Within this role you are expected to be well-spoken, be able to communicate with people on all levels and have previous experience within the service sector. You will also have the chance to develop new opportunities that will improve the customer service experience within the company. This is an exciting role for an experienced French speaking Customer Service Advisor who wants to develop their skill set and progress within a successful and growing company. Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Client Service Executive or Customer Support Specialist
  • Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
