For one of our clients, located in Alkmaar, we are currently looking for a French speaking Financial Administration Employee to join the team on short notice. In this role you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable for our client: getting pro-actively in touch with clients via phone and email, making sure all the administration is perfectly in place and always ready to answer questions when needed.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Daily communication with our French customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Resolving billing and payment issues and answer questions about customer invoices
  • Contributing to various accounts receivable reports and ensuring credit checks and blocked orders
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects aimed at improving the order management process

About you:

You are someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone or to talk finances with many different stakeholders. Next to this, you are very accurate in your work and have a keen eye for finances, numbers and Excel. Besides the remuneration you will get 25 holiday days per year, a premium free pension and possible travel costs back if applicable.

Profile:

  • Fluent in French (C1- or C2-level) combined with very good English skills (B2-level or higher)
  • Previous experience in an administration or financial environment, or with Accounts Receivable
  • Excellent eye for detail and comfortable managing relationships with various stakeholders
  • Living in the greater Alkmaar region at the moment, or willingness to travel to the office daily
  • Full-time availability (40 hours) and able to start on short notice, preferably already in November
