German or Dutch speaking Customer Support Specialist

Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to redefining hotel operations through an all-in-one hotel management solution. Our client is looking for a German or Dutch speaking Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, improve customer satisfaction and retention.
The contract will be starting with 12 months contract (Freelancer).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to clients via email, phone or online forums
• Assessing and escalating queries to the right team to ensure prompt resolution
• Archiving daily and weekly KPIs
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve service and customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

About you:

You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering the best customer service experience. You excel in communication and relationship-building, with the ability to play a vital part in the customer service team. You thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. In this full-time position you will join a multicultural office and have the chance to work one day per week from home.

Profile:

• Fluent in German or Dutch if mandatory for the role, written and spoken
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• 2 years previous experience working in a Customer Service, Technical Support role
• Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality experience
• Patient, empathetic and natural in communication
• Available to commute to the office 5 days a week
