For our client’s Northern European office near Hilversum we are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist for the DACH market.
As a German speaking B2B Customer Service Specialist, you are the contact person for our customers when it comes to orders, repeat orders, product information, complaints and returns and will be in direct contact with our client’s network of bridal shops.
Your responsibilities will include:
You ideally have several years of experience within a customer service department. You are accurate, service-oriented and have good contact and communication skills. You should have a natural affinity for fashion. Our client, one of the global leaders in bridal couture, offers an international, open-minded and beautiful work environment with regular working hours (Monday – Friday) and is looking for a new team member to join for the long-term.
