A global market-leading biopharmaceutical company is currently looking for a German speaking Benefit Operations Associate to work within the HR Department. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits and act as a subject matter expert. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract that will require you to work from the office once the office reopens.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits from employees across Europe
  • Managing the day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring all benefits documentation is up to date
  • Acting as the subject matter expert regarding benefits
  • Improving processes by identifying problems and recommending solutions

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who is always willing to go the extra mile and has excellent German language skills. In order to be successful in this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience working in an HR function. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry to join a company engaged in the development of therapies for life-threatening diseases.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working in an HR function is essential
  • Have a familiarity and understanding of benefits policies in Europe
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Able to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational skills and attentional to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
