German speaking Business Development & Sales Manager

A thrilling opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Business Development & Sales Manager to be part of the world’s leading specialist audio brands. Within this exciting role you will be responsible for developing the business’ opportunities in the DACH region. The role can be based in Germany or Netherlands or Western Europe – working from home and visiting clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Exploring commercial opportunities and implementing revenue driving strategies in the DACH region
• Identifying, converting and on-boarding partner prospects
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Support with the development of new products and services

About you:

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development in the consumer electronics market and/or battery sector. You must be able to build positive relationships with key clients in the DACH region, so it is therefore essential for you to have great communication and sales skills. You will join a motivated, friendly and dynamic team and will have great opportunities to progress and develop your skill set. If you speak German fluently, have experience or an interest in the battery and electronics sector, then this is a great role for you!

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor Degree in Science / Engineering or related disciplines
• Around 2 years of work experience in business development, sales account management, or component distributor management experience in B2B market segment
• At least 3 year of work experience gained from sizeable organisations or Multinational Corporations is preferred
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and financial sense
• Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Passionate, committed and eagerness to meet customers
