Would you like to join a Central London-based, well-established international financial services/fintech company that operates in trading, where you would be dealing with the European and UK market? They are looking for a dynamic German speaking person keen on learning about the finance industry with great communication skills to take good care of their high profile clients, via phone and emails.

The company is based the City in central London, the hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.30pm – they work on a hybrid scheme 3 to 4 days a week in the office. The salary range is to £35-40k + bonus and great benefits (healthcare, pension, etc). This permanent contract role is to start ASAP.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing product support and being the main point of contact for German and English speaking clients
  • Ensuring all emails and telephone calls are accurately responded to
  • Providing a world-class service delivery to all clients in relation to their global trading requirements
  • Ensuring that all elements of their trading requirements are addressed promptly and professionally

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with strong communication skills and excellent German language skills. You would be provided with full training and the role is an excellent opportunity for a bright, commercially-minded person with drive and ambition.
