German Speaking Credit Controller (in Frankfurt)

A thrilling opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Credit Controller to be part of an international fintech that aims to thrive for small businesses based in Frankfurt! Within this exciting role you will be responsible for the management of accounts in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining your own client portfolio
• Handling the judicial dunning procedure
• Analysing the financial situation of clients and supporting them the best way possible
• Processing the insolvency proceedings

About you:
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience in credit control, accounts receivable and German language skills. This position requires you to be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and you must be able to multi-task as you will be managing various tasks. You will be working closely with the finance team and must be able to build positive relationships with key clients in Germany, so it is therefore essential for you to have great communication and organisational skills. You will join a motivated, friendly and dynamic team and will have great opportunities to progress and develop your skill set. If you speak German fluently, have experience or an interest in credit control or accounts receivable and want to progress within your career, then this is a great role for you!

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Required to have completed a commercial/legal education or a (business) degree
• Previous experience in credit control, debt collection, accounts receivable or an administrative role
• Previous experience in handling the judicial dunning procedure
• Excellent IT skills in Excel
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Great attention to detail
