For the office of our client located in Amstelveen, we are looking for an enthusiastic German speaking colleague who is looking for a new challenge as a Customer Service Associate. In this role you will be part of a team that is responsible for all communication with the suppliers of our customers. You will be contacting suppliers to request a statement of their account and/or to verify claims made by our Audit team. Our clients and their suppliers are in many different industries based all over the world. The communication will be done by both phone and e-mail.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Receiving an amount of statements according to target by making qualitative calls to suppliers in a professional way
  • Processing received statements according to target
  • Processing invoices and updating master data within the appointed deadlines in a secure manner
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that may arise

About you:

You are a motivated and enthousiastic person looking for a new job in the Customer Service/Financial administrative field. Profile:

  • Fluent in both German (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher)
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service related role
  • You are able to respond flexible to ad-hoc situations and a quick learner
  • Already located in the greater Amsterdam area and available to start on short notice
  • Available for minimum 32 hours per week (preferably 40 hours per week)
