Our client, an organisation that is active in the financial service industry, is looking for multiple German speaking Customer Service Representatives to join them in their Birmingham office due to the rapid expansion of their team. In this role you will be providing an outstanding customer experience and will aim to resolve customers’ queries at first point of contact. There will be flexibility to work from home (WFH) based on performance and training will be based in the Birmingham office.
Your responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent German language skills. For this role it is important that you are able to demonstrate empathy to customers and can stay calm in challenging situations. There will be flexibility to work remotely 40% of the time based on performance levels. The company provides excellent training and provides opportunities for career progression.
