A German speaking Customer Service Team Manager is urgently needed for a global company active in the online casino and gambling industry. You will be working from the office in Malta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to work in a rapidly expanding company. You will be managing a team of customer service agents to focus on providing a high quality customer service experience for high-profile international customers. Full visa sponsorship and relocation package is provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of customer service agents
  • Optimising processing and achieving KPIs
  • Monitoring the performance of the customer service team

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic problem-solver with an energetic attitude towards problems faced in daily work.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1), both written and spoken
  • Required to have had managerial experience in the gaming industry
  • Required to have strong reporting ability
