Our client, a successful mobile app, is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Executive to join them in their Hatfield’s office (30 minutes from King’s Cross station).
This is a permanent position where you will be working on a hybrid scheme (2 days from the office and the rest from home!) and you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support across the German & UK markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers mainly via email and LiveChat to resolve queries effectively and professionally.
  • Providing first-class advice and information about the App.
  • Maintaining a great relationship with customers and clients.

It is essential for you to be a customer-oriented individual and to have superb problem-solving skills, as well as excellent German and English language skills.   • Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Client Service Executive, Customer Care Coordinator or Customer Support Agent
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is desirable.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
