Junior German speaking Compliance Administrator

Our client, a well-known software company, has a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking Compliance Administrator to join their Validations team on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out checks on documents uploaded to the platform by users
• Follow company processes to ensure efficiency and provide users with a top quality service
• Take responsibility for your work and meet targets set by team leader
• Provide support to platform users ensuring all checks are dealt with in a timely manner
• Staying up-to-date on platform knowledge and understanding to ensure customer satisfaction

About you:

The successful candidate will be an effective administrator who is able to cooperate and work well in a team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within compliance as this role provides excellent training and progression opportunities.

Profile:

• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Be IT literate and able to pick up new software easily
• Experience providing compliance or audit services to clients would be preferable
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Committed and motivated in all situations
