A Mandarin-speaking Deputy Customer Service Manager with fluent Mandarin Chinese and English is urgently needed for a global company active in the online casino and gambling industry. You will be working from the office in Gibraltar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to manage an international team in a rapidly expanding company. In this role you will work with the account manager to think of new initiativs that can lead to an improvement in the customer service that the company offers, as well as monitoring KPIs and growing the business through optimising Standard OPerating Procedures (SOPs).
Your responsibilities will include:
The ideal applicant will have some previous experience in the online gambling industry in Asian markets and will feel comfortable coaching a team of customer service representatives. They will also be able to work under pressure.
