A fast-growing international SaaS company is seeking a Multilingual Customer Support Consultant to join their support team. This role centres on delivering high-quality technical assistance and ensuring a seamless experience for users engaging with our software platform. You’ll be part of a global team and focus on supporting clients across various European markets. This is a self-employed position for 12 months with potential for permanent employment after this period.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and discussion forums with professionalism and attention to detail
- Deliver responsive and thoughtful support while identifying needs and preempting future queries
- Follow internal escalation processes to ensure timely resolution and track outcomes
- Meet weekly engagement metrics focused on user satisfaction and retention
Onboarding & Service Recovery
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition into support
- Engage empathetically with dissatisfied users to understand concerns and work toward resolution
- Proactively address behaviours signalling platform attrition and work cross-functionally to retain users
What You’ll Bring:
- Fluency in French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish (written and spoken) is essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support, technical support, or service-oriented roles
- Comfortable working across various digital systems (full training provided)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a user-first approach
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with SaaS environments or technical platforms
- Prior customer-facing experience in high-volume support settings
