Polish AND French speaking Customer Service Advisor

A brilliant position within an innovative online beauty retailer has opened for a bright Customer Service Advisor with an excellent command of Polish, French and English, to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. The Polish and French speaking customer service advisor will have a bubbly personality and will be passionate about delivering top-level customer service. The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent service with the view to provide the best experience for customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact, answering all customer and queries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Processing and tracking orders
• Proactively dealing with any returns and exchange issues
• Maintaining knowledge of products and providing guidance and advice on all products
• Offering basic technical support and escalating unresolved issues when required

About you:

Within this role you are expected to be well-spoken, be able to communicate with people on all levels and have previous experience dealing with customers. This is an exciting role for a Trilingual Polish, French and English speaker who wants to develop their skill set and progress within a growing company. Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Polish, French and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service is desired
• Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of calls
• A flexible personality with a can-do attitude!
