Recruitment Branch Manager

A well-established provider of Recruitment Services is looking to expand into the UK and therefore looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager. As a Recruitment Branch Manager you will build the brand of our client in London from scratch, making our client the best supplier in the Banking & Insurance and Customer care sectors. Using your experience you will make sure oppportunities are ceased and the business grows.

Your responsibility will include:

• Setting up from scratch; growing and leading the team to support and drive short and long term commercial targets
• Taking a key lead in operational growth strategy, including planning and resource demand.
• You will be a true entrepreneur; you will develop many internal and external relations in Banking & Insurance building and growing the business as a whole
• Being a true leader; building the team, achieving commercial targets and having fun while doing this
• Many other ad-hoc tasks

About you:

You are someone who is looking for a challenging new fulltime job and someone who already has experience with building a succesful start-up. You also match the DNA of our client well, meaning you are an optimistic, energetic go-getter with a commercial mindset. You are available to start on short notice and have the baggage to take this chance as one of the first pioneers of our client in the UK. The start is in Banking & Insurance in London, the sky is the limit.

Profile:

• C-level English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in building a start-up or b2b business from the ground up
• Experience with and knowledge of both recruitment and the local London Banking & Insurance sector
• Consultancy experience is a plus
• You lead by example, are driven to get the job done and you are a real people person/manager
• Currently located in the Greater London area, starting date is ASAP
