• Spanish speaking Corporate Receptionist
• Location: Central London, office-based
• Duration: On-going temp contract with opportunity to become permanent.
• Pay: £14-£14.50 per hour depending in experience
• Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Full fluency in Spanish required

Main responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage reception inbox, outlook calendar and schedule meetings
• Order office stationary and supplies- keeping inventory of stock
• Arrange travel and accommodation
• Organise breakfasts/lunches where appropriate & liaise with team
• Keep updated records of office expenses and pass to finance team
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding etc.
