Swedish and Finnish speaker customer support

One of the leaders in the automotive industry is in urgent need of a Swedish and Finnish speaker road support specialist to join their young and dynamic team in Belgium. You will be the first point of contact of drivers that are experiencing a breakdown of their vehicle, cooperating with the logistic and technical department to get them back on road as fast as possible. The role is 24/7 so you will have to be available to work also in evening and night shifts, as well as weekends.

Your responsibility will include:

• Manage breakdown cases in Finnish and Swedish all over Europe
• Partner with your colleagues and other departments to find the best solution
• Communicate with customers understanding their needs and follow defined breakdown processes
• Other ad hoc tasks

About you:

You are an outgoing person that enjoys working in a team. You know how to prioritize tasks and have a great time-management. The role is in Belgium and relocation is possible, our client offers a relocation package. Benefits include a meal card, shift allowance (for evening/night and weekend shifts), transport costs.

Profile:

• Fluent in Finnish and Swedish (C1 or C2 level), same level of English is necessary
• Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
• Experience in working in a team, as well as knowing how to communicate with colleagues
• You are based in Belgium or open to relocate
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree desirable
