One of the leaders in the automotive industry is in urgent need of a Swedish and Finnish speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their international and dynamic team in Belgium. You will be the first point of contact to drivers that are experiencing the breakdown of their vehicle and then co-operating with the logistic and technical department to get them back on road as fast as possible. The role is 24/7 so you will also need to be flexible and available for evening, night-shift and weekend work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage breakdown cases in Swedish and Finnish all over Europe
  • Partner with your colleagues and other departments to find the best solution
  • Communicate with customers understanding their needs and follow defined breakdown processes
  • Other ad hoc tasks

About you:

You are an outgoing person that enjoys working in a team. You know how to prioritise tasks and have great time-management skills. Benefits include a meal card, shift allowance (for evening/night and weekend shifts), transport costs.

Profile:

  • Fluent in Swedish and Finnish (C1 or C2 level), same level of English is necessary
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
  • Experience working within a team, as well as knowing how to communicate with colleagues
  • You are based in Belgium or open to relocate
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree desirable
