A well-established global information technology company is looking for bright and client orientated Swedish or Danish speaking Customer Support Experts with an interest in business knowledge and development. You will have the chance to work in one of the best companies in providing information consultancy in the world of online technology, for a commercial role in their business dealing with Swedish or Danish and English speaking clients.

In addition, you will have access to their management development programme where you will be introducted to an accelerated path with opportunities to progress into a people management position in 12 months. As a Swedish or Danish speaking Client Support Expert, you will provide top-class service to a high profile client base working with business investors, executives, owners and industry experts. This position is based in Central London with a hybrid work scheme.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing knowledge based product support and being the main point of contact for Swedish or Danish and English speaking clients.
  • Troubleshooting issues to resolution and answering clients’ questions in a timely manner.
  • Managing client projects independently and connecting clients with industry experts.
  • Being responsible for effectively identifying and anticipating clients’ needs.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a confident and well-spoken individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent Swedish or Danish language skills. You would be provided with full training and the role is an excellent opportunity for a bright, commercially-minded person with drive and ambition to progress into a managerial role. To apply for this position, you must have at least 2 years of professional experience within an office environment.


  • Required to be fluent in Swedish or Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A Bachlors degree with 2.1 or equivalent with post-graduation entry level experience in a client facing, training, product support or project management role.
  • Self motivated with an drive to provide world class client serivce and to become a people manager.
  • Ability to service clients effectively, including the ability to host client meetings, presentations in a face-to-face as well as an online environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple client relationships in a high-demand business.
  • Computer-literate with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner.
  • Collaborative team player excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
