A brand new opportunity has occurred for a bilingual Swedish/English speaker to join the team of our client in Amsterdam as a Customer Service Representative. Main responsibilities of the position include handling all incoming questions and queries by phone and email. You will be working in the customer service team with multiple other (international) colleagues and together with the team you will be responsible for the success of the Swedish market.
Your responsibilities will include:
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, taking full ownership of the role and will have an excellent ability to communicate with people. You also currently live in the Amsterdam area and are ready to start on short notice. You will be joining an international and fast-paced working environment. The first 2 weeks you will be trained in this new role to get up to speed in the best way possible.
