Talent and People Coach

A Talent and People coach is urgently needed to work with our client in Amsterdam. Our client is an international scale-up company active in reducing energy emissions. If you love working with people and your focus is on their personal growth, this is the role for you!

Your responsibility will include:

• Working with individuals and teams providing ongoing support on their personal development (through coaching, guidance and consultation)
• Create and maintain development plans, accordingly to your colleagues needs
• Coach managers, supervisors and anyone involved in the colleagues development
• Other ad hoc tasks

About you:

You are an outgoing person that enjoys working in a team. You are an empathetic person and you like to help your colleagues in their development, understanding their needs and supporting them. Also, you enjoy friday drinks with the team! Benefits include NS card (or bike lease), free in-house fitness, lunch scheme and more!

Profile:

• Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level)
• Previous experience in HR, focusing on development, training and growth (4-6 years)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Advanced coaching certification
• Be able to commute to the Amsterdam office (centrum)
