Team Lead

An experienced Team Leader is urgently needed to work with our client in Amsterdam. Our client is an international scale-up company active in reducing energy emissions. If you have experience leading a sales team, this is the role for you!

Your responsibility will include:

* Managing a small team, providing directions and structure
* Expand and maintaining internal and external relationships
* Supervising the team
* Other ad hoc tasks

About you:

You are an outgoing person that enjoys working in a team, as well as a highly sales professional that likes to have an hands-on approach. You know how to prioritize tasks and have a great time-management. In return you will receive a bike lease or a travel card, lunch scheme and trainings to develop your skills.

Profile:

* Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level), the more languages the better
* Previous experience in sales (at least 3 years)
* Experience leading a team
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Be able to commute to the Amsterdam office (centrum)
