Our client, an organisation that is active in the cosmetics industry, is looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Representative to join them in their London office due to a succesful launch in the DACH region. Due to the nature of their clients it is required that you speak fluent German in addition to French, Spanish or Italian. In this role you will be providing an outstanding customer experience and will aim to resolve customers’ queries at first point of contact using your German and French, Spanish or Italian language skills. The company offers a hybrid scheme where you can work remotely 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries across various channels, including telephone, email and chat
  • Taking ownership of an issue and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied
  • Escalating enquiries to senior colleagues when appropriate
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent German language skills. For this role it is important that you are able to demonstrate empathy to customers and can stay calm in challenging situations. You will be required to work from the London office on a daily basis where you will be part of a friendly, multilingual team. Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Additional languages such as Spanish, French or Italian are essential
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Client Service Executive, Customer Support Specialist or Customer Care Coordinator
  • Able to demonstrate patience, empathy and compassion to customers
  • Have the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult and challenging situations
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Team player who enjoys interacting with people
