Italian speaking Content Moderator

Do you love travelling and want to have an abroad working experience in a vibrant city with a great climate? For several projects in the Social Media industry, we are looking for Italian speaking Content Moderators to join a growing team in Portugal. You will be moderating social media content before it goes live on to the clients sites.

Your responsibility will include:

• Safeguarding online content by reviewing and moderating seller listings, products, live streams, and short videos.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
• Developing and refining content security standards to enhance community protection.
• Optimising content management strategies for short video platforms.
• Collaborating with internal teams to handle policy violations effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (at least C1-C2 level) and English (B2)
• Know how to use MS Office
• Can multi-task, being able to handle calls while navigating through systems
• Teamwork and great communication skills are required
