A unique opportunity has opened for an experienced VP of Sales to join a private aviation company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business across your assigned territory, developing relationships with high-value clients, and driving revenue growth through tailored private aviation solutions. This is a senior opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven sales professional based in Denmark.
Please note that this role is a full-time, individual contributor role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and acquiring new clients through proactive sales and business development activity
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Maintaining and growing existing client relationships alongside internal Account Executives
  • Attending client meetings to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and post-sale handover
  • Creation of sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, be highly self-motivated, and possess demonstrable experience in senior sales or business development roles. You will be confident working with high-net-worth individuals and decision-makers, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and consistently deliver results.

Profile:

  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Proven experience in senior sales, business development, or commercial roles
  • Strong background in the luxury or related industries
  • Demonstrable success selling to high-net-worth individuals 
  • Strong understanding of your assigned territory and market dynamics
  • Highly self-driven, target-focused, and commercially motivated
  • Strong organisational and relationship-management skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems is desirable
