Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager

We are currently hiring a Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager to lead the growth of an expanding residential energy storage business across the Netherlands. As a Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s footprint in the Dutch market, combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution in the residential energy storage sector. This is a highly visible role for a Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy as a Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager, building a strong distributor network across the Dutch residential energy storage market.
• Create and manage a structured sales funnel, identifying high-value prospects and driving conversions in the residential energy storage sector.
• Lead negotiations, client meetings, and presentations as a Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager, clearly communicating product value and aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle within residential energy storage, from initial engagement to contract signing and repeat business.
• Oversee order execution, delivery coordination, and ongoing partner management as a Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager.

Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience in the residential energy storage or household energy storage sector is essential for this Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager role.
