Italian & English-Speaking Technical Support Advisor – Athens, Greece

Are you fluent in Italian and English and looking to build a career in technical support and customer service? We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our client in Athens, Greece, where you will support customers across Europe as a Technical Support Advisor.  This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining excellent customer service with problem-solving skills in a fast-paced international environment. Applicants must already be living in Athens or be willing to relocate to Athens at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and product-related enquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian and English across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Support customers through repair, replacement, or service processes while adhering to company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Profile Requirements

• Native-level Italian (C2) and good English (B2 or above).
• Must be currently based in Athens or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece, at short notice.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a contact centre environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new technologies.
• Positive attitude and willingness to develop within a customer support environment.
