Dutch and French speaking Travel Agency Manager (Antwerp)

We are recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned travel and hospitality brand, celebrated globally for its premium, all-inclusive holiday experiences across nearly 80 stunning destinations.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing travel agency team in Antwerp, representing a prestigious international brand while enjoying the energy of a close-knit local office.

As Travel Agency Manager, you will be leading 4 Agents and act as a key ambassador for the brand, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with people management experience in the travel and tourism industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the team in line with global strategy, setting clear performance goals and fostering a cohesive, positive work culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, professionally managing escalations and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive sales and commercial growth by supporting omnichannel performance.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient agency management.

Your Profile

• Fluent to business standards in Dutch and English, and good command of French
• Proven people leadership experience in the travel or tourism industry
• Strong sales and client relationship skills
• Proficient in digital tools and data-driven performance tracking
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

Remuneration and benefits:

• €45-50K basic salary (paid over 13.92 months, with 0.92 representing holiday pay).
• 25 days of paid leave, plus recovery of public holidays that fall on weekends, and 10 public holidays per year.
