We are hiring a German speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic international team based in North Holland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service to clients. Training will be office based and you can work from home 1 day per week after completing training.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from German speaking customers
• Handle calls and emails with professionalism and clarity
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Support account setup and activation
• Resolve complaints and manage returns efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
What we are looking for:
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) with good English skills
• Experience in B2B customer service, sales or consultative roles is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
