About the job:
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing communications and providing technical, logistical, and commercial support
- Order Validation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details before confirmation
- After-Sales Service: Coordinate returns and complaints with internal departments for timely resolution
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing sales administration systems and reporting
About you:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B or industrial/maintenance sectors
- Strong interpersonal, written, and commercial communication skills
- Comfortable with IT tools; Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and operational English
