Danish speaking Customer Advisor

We are recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor for an exciting international opportunity in Cyprus. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced multilingual environment, this Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor role offers a fantastic combination of career growth, relocation support and performance-based rewards.

• Salary of €1,350 gross per month, increasing to €1,400 after six months. 
• Uncapped monthly performance bonus averaging €250-300 per month. 
• Relocation package available for eligible EU candidates moving to Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support through phone, email and chat channels. 
• Handle account-related queries and customer requests. 
• Support customers with billing and payment-related issues. 
• Troubleshoot technical and network-related concerns. 
• Escalate complex cases and maintain a high standard of customer care. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level standard Danish (C2) and strong English skills (B2 minimum). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. 
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is advantageous but not required. 
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
