Danish speaking Customer Support Advisors

This role requires English proficiency (B2 level or above) and is based onsite in Cyprus, with a start date of 2nd November.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve account-related issues, including login, password, and access queries.
• Assist customers with payment and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot gaming platform, console, and network-related issues.
• Escalate complex technical cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level standard proficiency in Danish (C2 level).
• English language skills at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centres, or technical support is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to relocate to Cyprus for the role.
