Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor (Remote – Bulgaria)

We are recruiting for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our client’s international team, providing high-quality customer support within a structured and professional environment. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will support customers using innovative healthcare devices, delivering accurate technical support and ensuring outstanding customer service at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Dutch via voice channels, ensuring a high standard of service as a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor
  • Deliver technical support by troubleshooting issues and guiding customers on product functionality
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively using strong problem-solving skills
  • Accurately document all customer support interactions in line with company procedures
  • Coordinate repair or replacement processes where necessary as part of your Customer Support Advisor duties

Profile Requirements:

  • Native-level standard Dutch (C2 level) is essential for this Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor role
  • Good level of English (B2 or above) for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call centre roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear customer support
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage customer support cases effectively

What’s on Offer:

  • Monthly salary of €1,687.27 gross
  • Performance bonus of up to 10% after three months based on KPI
  • Fully remote role based in Bulgaria for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor
