Are you a dynamic and ambitious sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Do you have a heart for sales in IT hardware? Our client in IT is seeking commercial-driven individuals to join their team in the Amsterdam office.

About the client:

Our client is in the IT hardware industry, aiming to give IT assets a second life and contribute to the greater good to the society by minimising the consumption of electronic materials. Sustainability and technology are deeply embedded in their value and core business.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. Moreover, you will be entirely responsible for the full cycle of sales, including Business Development and Account Management. Are you intrigued to hear more about this job? Read on!

What you will do:

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth (i.e. cold calling, attending events, however you find leads, you are in the driver seat).
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

What we ask:

  • A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience (preferably in line with IT).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an outstanding level of business proficiency in German and English.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Background in IT or any related field is preferred.
