German or Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client Netflix is in need of German or Swedish speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for their users.

Your responsibility will include:

• Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to German or Swedish speaking users, assisting with managing the account, billing & subscription, and other technical support.
• Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls and chats, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs.
• Offer Product Knowledge and Guidance: Providing accurate information and recommendations to users based on comprehensive knowledge of the platform.
• Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure users’ satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German or Swedish (at least C1 level) and English
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to resolve customer concerns with active listening and engagement
• Technical support experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Good problem-solving ability, being able to approach problems logically
• Confident, adaptable, and empathetic
